Battery-rechargeable blenders play an indispensable role in modern kitchens and outdoor cooking, and have won wide recognition for their convenience and versatility. However, the problem of insufficient sealing has gradually become prominent and has become one of the key factors affecting equipment performance and user experience. Insufficient sealing is mainly manifested in aging of the sealing ring, unreasonable sealing structure design and improper assembly, which may lead to a variety of adverse consequences.

Liquid leakage is the most direct manifestation of insufficient sealing. During the mixing process, when liquid or viscous ingredients come into contact with the sealing ring, if the sealing performance is poor, the liquid will easily leak from the interface or the gap of the sealing ring. This will not only cause pollution to the operating site, but also may cause liquid to penetrate into the equipment, causing circuit short circuit or motor damage due to moisture. Insufficient sealing also significantly affects the dustproof performance of the equipment. During use, dust, bacteria and other particles in the air can easily enter the interior of the equipment. The accumulation of these particles may cause mechanical wear and corrosion of key components such as motors, circuits or blades, and even electrical failures. Especially in outdoor or harsh environments, insufficient dustproof performance will accelerate the aging of the equipment and shorten its service life. Insufficient sealing can also lead to the intrusion of odors and pollutants. Due to poor sealing, outside air and pollutants can enter the equipment, causing the food to be affected by odors or impurities, which in turn endangers the safety and taste of the food. When handling multiple ingredients or storing them for a long time, poor sealing may promote bacterial growth and increase food safety risks. Users may find odors or deterioration of ingredients after stirring during use, which may even cause food safety accidents in severe cases.

In addition, insufficient sealing can also affect the working efficiency of the equipment. Liquids or ingredients leak or splash during stirring, causing inconvenience in operation and even safety hazards. Especially when stirring at high speed or handling viscous ingredients, leakage and splashing will affect the uniformity and efficiency of stirring. Liquid leakage may also cause motor or circuit short circuits, thereby affecting the normal operation of the equipment, or even causing the equipment to suddenly stop, seriously affecting the user experience.

Finally, poor sealing can also accelerate the mechanical wear of the equipment. Liquid or impurities enter the equipment and come into contact with moving parts such as the motor and blades, which may cause corrosion, rust or increased mechanical wear. This not only affects the mixing effect, but may also cause mechanical failure and shorten the service life of the equipment. Poor sealing may also cause poor fit between the blade and the base, which in turn affects the rotation stability and sharpness of the blade, reduces mixing efficiency and increases maintenance costs.
